Since opening in 2007 our lettings agency has grown at a steady pace. We have a friendly approachable team, delivering a high quality service aimed at catering to your needs – we aim to build lasting relationships by looking after you. Indeed many of our tenants have been with us since the beginning, some moving up to larger properties as their family grows. Many have recommended their friends to come to All Aspects when wanting to rent in the Basingstoke and surrounding areas.

How do I find a property?
If you are looking for rented accommodation in and around the Basingstoke area please see our current list of available properties.  The lettings market moves very quickly so it is best to register with us at least a month before you need to move into your new rented house or flat.

What happens when I have chosen a suitable property?

An Administration Fee will be payable to cover our expenses including credit checks, referencing and preparation of the Tenancy Agreement.

What information do I need to supply?

We ask all Applicants to provide us with identification and proof of current residence. Some foreign nationals may also be required to produce work permits where applicable.

What happens next?

Once satisfactory references have been received we will prepare a Tenancy Agreement in accordance with current legislation that suits your circumstances. Normally this will be for a minimum period of 6 months, renewable thereafter. Please note that this is a legally binding document and if you are unsure about its contents, we recommend that you seek independent legal advice.

How much do I need to pay?

Rent is payable monthly in advance by standing order on the 1st of each month, therefore, the first month’s rent due will be apportioned according to the date that you move in.  A Deposit for an amount equivalent to 6 week’s rent, is also payable in advance as security against any dilapidations. This will be returned subject to any deductions as agreed at the end of the tenancy e.g. breakages, cleaning, etc. Please note that these initial sums must be in cleared funds.

Where is the Deposit held?
All Aspects have registered with The Deposit Protection Service (DPS), this means that the deposit will be passed to them by Landlord/Agent within 14 days of receipt and held by them until the end of the tenancy.
